What is the Auction?
It's more that just an auction, it's a community celebration! Current families, faculty and staff, alumni, and friends come together to raise money for St. Joseph School. This year it all begins on October 24, with the opening of the online, silent auction and culminates on Friday, October 28 with our Live Auction Event, Halloween Bash.
The Live Auction is our adults only premiere event. This is the largest and most memorable event of the year enjoyed by all who come together for a lively evening of conversation, bidding, dinner, and dancing. This year we are celebrating all things Halloween with an emphasis on the Bash. We'll have a scaled back live auction featuring just 8 spooktacular items, leaving more time to conjure up a ghoulishly great party.
Doors will open at 5:00 pm for the prefunc, including boo-licious appetizers, devilish drinks, ghostly games, and magical music from the High Steppers, Seattle's most spell binding party band. During the live auction, you'll enjoy an other-wordly dinner brought to you by Ethan Stowell Restaurants. Don't forget to check out the fang-tastic desserts in the Dessert Dash. But the magic doesn't end there, join us for the after party where the High Steppers will put a spell on you to dance til the Great Pumpkin appears. (11:00 pm)

Online Auction - All silent auction items will be available for bidding in the online auction only. Everyone can participate even if you can't attend the event! There will be some great getaways and staycations, dinners, entertainment and sporting events, amazing offering from St. Joe's faculty and staff, and buy in parties for kids and adults. The online auction will open at 6:00 am on Monday, October 24, and close at 12:00pm on Saturday, October 29.
Buy-Ins - What's a Buy-In? Buy-Ins are group outings or themed parties held through out the year. These events are meant to be fun and easy ways to connect with other parent, families, and students in the St. Joe's community. Some popular buy-ins in recernt auctions have been Laser-Tag, Summer Paella Party, Father/Daughter Dance, Boogie Bus, Disco Glam session and more. Buy-Ins are available for purchase beginning at the auction kick off party on October 21. They often fill up fast, so don't miss you chance to get in on these fun events!
Live Auction - A select group of unique items are offered in the Live Auction. This includes incredible vacation packages, memorable nights out with amazing food, delectable drinks, and even better company, unique experiences and more!
Raffles - Each year we offer not one, but two chances to win. The Pick of the Live Raffle is your chance to win your dream prize from anything offered in the Live Auction (Some items may be excluded). Tickets are just $100 each, and the drawing is held right before the first item goes up for bid, so be ready with your dream pick.
