Underwriting means donating cash to cover the cost of an auction item. Underwriters are listed in the catalog as the official donors and help us offer exciting packages that drive bidding. An underwriting gift also fulfills your $350 family commitment.

What is Fund‑A‑Need?

Fund‑A‑Need invites direct donations toward a specific school priority. This year, contributions support the Teacher Salary Endowment Fund, ensuring St. Joe’s can continue attracting and retaining exceptional educators for years to come. A Fund‑A‑Need gift fulfills your $350 commitment.

The Dessert Dash is a crowd favorite. Guests bid for the chance to “dash” for the dessert of their choice — so we’re looking for show‑stopping treats! Bake, buy, or procure a dessert, and it counts toward your $350 commitment.

Why isn’t the auction held at St. Joseph School?

To welcome as many community members as possible, we host the event at Victory Hall, which accommodates 100+ more guests than our on‑campus spaces.

What is procurement?

Procurement is the process of securing items, experiences, or services for the auction — from local businesses, personal connections, or your own creativity. Every item adds excitement to the event and helps raise essential funds. Procurement also fulfills your $350 commitment.
