This year’s auction Fund-a-Need will support the Teacher Salary Endowment Fund, established in 2022, to support our strategic plan’s goal of hiring and maintaining staff committed to helping our students learn and become the people God meant them to be. 

Your support of the Teacher Salary Endowment Fund allows us to realize two main goals:

  • Offer competitive compensation packages to hire and retain quality educators;
  • Reduce the reliance on tuition hikes to fund raises and cost of living increases.

For over 100 years, the teachers at St. Joseph School have challenged their students to be people for others. St. Joseph School will continue to be a faith-centered community that educates and inspires students to reach their God-given potential. As our teachers demonstrate their steadfast commitment to your children each day, we ask that you say Yes! to the call and support our Teacher Salary Endowment Fund.

This year’s Fund-A-Need will support our Teacher Salary Fund. This fund will help us attract and retain high-quality teachers, pay a just wage that allows teachers to live comfortably in Seattle, alleviate the burden of funding 100% of teacher pay increases with tuition increases, and keep tuition as low as possible.
